OUR STORY
Chara was founded with the simple idea that holistic health and wellness should be easy to access. We recognize a holistic approach to our health and wellness is the most optimal, yet remained hard to implement.
According to the CDC, 90% of healthcare spending in the US goes toward treating preventable diseases, the majority of which could be treated and reversed with holistic health.
We were frustrated by the proliferation of misinformation that exists within the wellness community and how hard it is to get access to trusted information, products and practitioners who can help.
We believe you shouldn't feel like you need to be a wellness insider to know what is best for your body — holistic is our oldest, most pure form of medicine, after all.
We knew there had to be a better way to manage our health
We went back to the drawing board and envisioned health as it could be...
And so, we created Chara
The word Chara has multiple meanings, but our favorite interpretation is "joy".
We love this because it captures the essence of what we are about. You. And empowering, inspiring and making it easier for you to activate your own wellness so you can live joyfully and achieve optimal health across every life stage.
